Refund Policy – Move my Licence

We want your experience with Move my Licence to be simple and transparent. This policy explains when and how refunds are available for our service.

When You Can Request a Refund

You may be eligible for a full refund if:

  • ✅ You paid for our service but did not complete your form submission, or
  • ✅ You requested cancellation before your information was submitted for processing.

To request a refund, email support@movemylicence.com within 14 days of payment. Please include your name and email used during the application.

When Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • ✅ Your application was fully submitted via our platform.
  • ✅ Your details were already reviewed or formatted by our team.
  • ✅ You were ineligible to use our service (e.g. not a GB resident or currently disqualified).
  • ✅ Your application was rejected or delayed by the DVLA — we are not responsible for their processing.

Additional Notes

  • ✅ Our service fee of £19.99 covers time, review, and support — not the issuance of a driving licence.
  • ✅ We do not charge subscriptions or recurring fees.
  • ✅ If you made a mistake on your form, contact us quickly. We may be able to help correct it before submission.
